All payments made to Sparks Technologies are non-refundable.

Once a service is purchased and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers under any circumstances.


2. Service-Based Nature

Our services are:

  • Website & Software Development
  • IT Solutions

These services involve time, effort, resources, and strategy execution, therefore refunds are not applicable once the work has been initiated or resources have been allocated.


3. No Guarantee of Results

Sparks Technologies does not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Number of leads
  • Sales or revenue
  • Search engine rankings
  • Ad performance

As outcomes depend on multiple external factors (market conditions, competition, platform algorithms), refund requests based on performance will not be accepted.


4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and approvals on time
  • Maintaining proper website/landing page functionality
  • Reviewing services before making payment

Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.


5. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Ad account bans or restrictions
  • Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Technical issues from third-party tools

Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from third-party platforms.


6. Project-Based Services

For website or software development:

  • Once the project is started or delivered partially/fully, no refund will be issued
  • Any changes or revisions will be handled as per agreed scope
